Berger Building Products, Inc., a Euramax International Inc. company, announces the asset acquisition of Royal Apex Manufacturing Co. This transaction was completed on July 18, 2007. Royal Apex is a complementary acquisition that provides an even broader product mix and enhanced geographic coverage for our business.
